Returns & Refunds

1. Your right to change your mind

You may return any Anemonia bag within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, without giving a reason, as long as it is unused and in the condition you received it, with its hangtag attached.

2. How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

3. Condition

• The bag must be unused, with the hangtag and any packaging intact.
• Please return it in a sturdy box; the original dust bag is ideal.
• Items showing signs of use, or without the hangtag, cannot be refunded.

4. Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

5. Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the full item price within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Bank processing times vary, usually 3–5 working days.

6. Exchanges

To exchange for another colour, return the original under the terms above and place a new order. Colourways are finished in small runs, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Faulty or misdescribed items

If a bag arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, tell us within 7 days with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, and reimburse the return postage.

8. Natural variation

Washed vegetable-tanned leather is hand-finished, so wrinkles, grain, pore variation, slight size differences and light scratches on the electroplated fittings are inherent to the material and are not defects. See Craft for what to expect.
