1. Dispatch

Every Anemonia bag is finished by hand, so orders are dispatched from our workshop in Italy within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

2. Delivery times

Times below are working-day estimates from dispatch, provided by our carriers:

• United Kingdom — 2–3 days
• European Union — 3–5 days
• United States & Canada — 5–8 days
• Asia-Pacific & rest of world — 5–9 days

Deliveries are made to the address you give at checkout, on a weekday during carrier working hours. A signature may be required.

3. Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. For deliveries to the UK and EU, duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. For other destinations, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival; these are set by your country and are outside our control.

4. Carriers

We ship with tracked services operated by DHL Express or UPS. We will choose the carrier best suited to your destination; you can request a specific carrier by writing to us before dispatch.

5. Lost or damaged parcels

All parcels are insured in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the bag, and write to us within 7 days of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact us and the carrier; we will open an investigation on your behalf.

6. Multiple items

Items from one order are usually sent together. If a bag is still being finished, we may split the shipment at no extra cost and tell you when the remainder follows.
